All beginnings are difficult? Not with the Aywick Starter Fund: we invest EUR 30,000 – 50,000 for a 15% company stake in your seed phase. Our investment includes a company formation package (tax, legal, CD/CI, online) and 3 operational workshops. The workshops take place before (Planning), after 2 months (Calibrating) and after 11 months (Review + Next Steps) of the program period.

This model is aimed at existing companies with a turnover of at least EUR 1 million and a proven business concept, which are facing challenges and problems with regard to growth and expansion. Aywick invests EUR 200,000 – EUR 1,500,000 for a company stake of 10-51%. The investment includes comprehensive support from Aywick executives, as well as operational ongoing support from Aywick staff and external experts.

This Program is designed for stable and established companies, looking for growth capital on a 3 – 5 year timeline base.
